While we did not receive reports or did see any network issues between mentioned times; it is possible that other visitors using other Internet Service Providers did have problems accessing the servers located in the Dallas Datacenter.
At approximately 9:34 PM GMT+1, Our Data center Engineers were alerted to multiple routing anomalies within our Dallas core network. The Engineers isolated this issue to a memory issue in the Cisco IOS software causing multiple OSPF and BGP sessions to reset across the core infrastructure thus affecting customer connectivity which would have resulted in high latency and packet loss as routes re-converged. The Data center Engineers proceeded to upgrade and reload each core router one at a time gracefully thus reducing impact to customer connectivity. The network was stabilized around 11:50 PM GMT+! and Network Engineers will continue to monitor the situation.
