Please note that we have a scheduled network maintenance window from 6:00 to 7:00 AM GMT+1 Sunday, September 28th. The purpose of this scheduled maintenance is to upgrade the supervisor card in one of our distribution switches.
Although this maintenance is limited to one distribution switch, it has the potential to affect all customers so we are notifying everyone.
We are allowing one hour for the maintenance, but the actual downtime should be much less if the upgrade goes smoothly. We are aiming for as little as 15 minutes of downtime.
