We at 040 hosting believe in personal support to all our customers, we inform them about the ways to contact our support department (depending on our customers global location and advise them to use our automatic ticketing system in their global location 24x7).

As we believe that potential customers have the right to know how we work, also our sales is done through the helpdesk system, one way of working for all our (potential) customers, however be aware that our sales department will not be able to answer your enquiries 24x7.

No Internet Access at your location, but really need to contact us ?

To limit the overall costs on our web hosting services we did choose not to be available trough a free phone number, all support goes trough our support center, however we understand that sometimes it is not possible to reach us in such a way, that's why we enabled the below contact phone numbers, please only use them for emergency notifications* or pre-sales inquiries. (calling for support on these numbers for non-emergency notifications will be fined by EUR 45,00 a call and may result in termination of your contract with us when repeatedly abused).
