Backups (*Jetbackup)
At 040Hosting we provide JetBackup on all Shared Hosting – Elastic Sites – Reseller accounts the most complete backup solution for cPanel accounts. We include a daily, weekly and monthly backup for free with your account. An Hourly backup is available at an additional fee. Backups created through JetBackup are not calculated towards your diskspace limit.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare is a service that improves your website’s performance and security. Cloudflare acts as a proxy between your visitors and our servers and can cache content and filter malicious traffic before it hits your origin server. Cloudflare is suitable for all websites, including dynamic websites. We have partnered with Cloudflare and have implemented the service into our control panel. This means you can try the service with just a few clicks. If you are ever unhappy you can turn Cloudflare off as easily as you turned it on. Cloudflare operates out of 100 data centers around the world.

PHP Version & Hardened PHP for older versions
Our current default version is the PHP 8.x branch at this moment, but you can configure other versions within your control panel, i.e.PHP 5.x, 7.x, but also the currently officially supported versions of PHP like the 8.x branch (8.1 8.2) newer versions will be added when available for cPanel/WHM.
HardenedPHP is a feature of CloudLinux OS that secures old and unsupported versions of PHP.
Free DV SSL's Included with every domain
All accounts come with a FEE SNI DV SSL certificate on your domains (up to 200 per account). SSL’s for new accounts are automatically installed once a day around midnight of the servers timezone. Need us to push it faster and your domain is already propagated properly to the server we may expedite the request.
