During this period, our team will be attending training sessions and a short team-building retreat. As a result, our staffing will be limited.
Availability:
- Sales: Unavailable during this period, including the setup of new servers.
- Support: Only Emergency Support will be available.
Emergency Support covers only severe issues such as:
- Websites being completely unreachable
- Servers being unresponsive or inaccessible
Please note that our monitoring systems will continue to operate 24×7 as usual, ensuring that any critical issues are addressed promptly.
