Our top priority is to provide the best quality of service at any given time. 24×7 emergency support is always available.

These dates are a holiday week in the netherlands, we will respond but slower as usual on standard requests, emergency support is available as usual. (see below exception)

This date no sales or standard support is available, only emergency* support.
Impact Sales: No Sales will be available during this period, this includes setup of new servers.
Impact Support: Only Emergency* support will be available during this period.
*) Emergency support is only available for severe issues like site(s) unreachable / server unresponsive/unreachable. Our team is monitoring the servers 24×7 as ussual.
