Below list is a rough estimate global list and will change as soon exact dates will be available due to final planning. We will update this list frequently to narrow the windows where we have a limited crew available. Our top priority is to provide the best quality of service at any given time. 24×7 emergency support is always available.
23 – 25 June 2025
In preparation for our reduced staffing period, no new managed server orders will be accepted from 23 June onward. These orders require careful planning and configuration, which we cannot guarantee during the days leading into our adjusted operations.

Sales and support on 23 and 24 June will function as usual.

From 25 June onwards, sales will be paused and only emergency* support will remain available (see below).
– 25 June 2025 –Â 30 July 2025
During this date period there is no sales or standard support available, only emergency* support.
Impact Sales: Sales will not be available during this period, this includes setup of new servers.
Impact Support: Only Emergency* support will be available during this period.
*) Emergency support is only available for severe issues like site(s) unreachable / server unresponsive/unreachable. Our team is monitoring the servers 24×7 as ussual.
